About 2023-2024 Spring Term Course Selection

Students should consider the following situations when choosing courses:

1) Only 1 elective course will be chosen in the 2nd year (valid for Turkish and English Program students).

2) For 3rd grade students;

      a) Turkish program students who are subject to the 2020-2021 curriculum and before, other than Article 3, must take 1 Departmental Elective-1 University Elective course.

      b) Students subject to the 2021-2022 curriculum must take 2 Department Elective - 1 University Elective course.

      c) English program students subject to the 2020-2021 curriculum must take 1 Departmental Elective course.

      d) English program students subject to the 2021-2022 curriculum must take 3 Departmental Elective courses.

3) Students who take the Quality Management and Standards course and fail should choose this course. If you have not taken this course before, you can choose the USD course. (Quality Management and Standards course will only be offered to students taking the course from the lower level. Only exams of the course will be held.)

4) 5 Elective courses will be chosen in the 4th year.

5) Assoc. Prof. in the fall semester. Dr. Our students who receive a graduation project from our teacher Rafet DURGUT should choose the Graduation Project course after reaching an agreement with our other teachers.

6) Other students must choose their advisor's course for their graduation project.

7) Occupational Health and Safety course should be chosen by 4th grade students who have never taken the course and who are taking it from the lower level.

      a) Students who are subject to the 2021-2022 course curriculum should definitely not choose it!

      b) Students enrolled in English and Turkish Programs subject to the 2020-2021 and 2019-2020 curricula must choose the Occupational Health and Safety II course opened in the 3rd year. (The course opened in the 4th year should not be selected.)

8) If a course is taken for the first time, attention should be paid to course conflicts.

*Data Security Course will be added to the system. Lesson time is available in the shared course schedule.
