Announcement about our University's 2026-2027 Academic Year Fall Semester Associate and Undergraduate Course Registrations

Students must complete their course registration via the University Information Management System (UBYS) between 14 September 2026, 00:00 and 20 September 2026, 23:59.

Students can log in to UBYS either with their e-Government (e-Devlet) password or their UBYS password to complete their course registration.

Evening education (ikinci öğretim) students, daytime students enrolled in a second university degree, students who have exceeded the normal duration of study, and international students must pay their tuition fees and student contribution fees between 14 September 2026, 00:00 and 20 September 2026, 23:59, using their Student Number, at Halkbank branches or via Halkbank Internet Banking / ATMs.

In the 2026-2027 Fall Semester, all students must complete their course registration themselves.

When selecting courses for the 2026-2027 Spring Semester, students must refer to their department's course schedule.

Course registrations without advisor approval are invalid.
Course registration is the student's responsibility.

For students enrolled in the 2020-2021 academic year or later: from the end of the second semester onward, associate and undergraduate students whose cumulative GPA is below 1.80 at the end of any semester may register for a maximum of 30 ECTS in the following semester. Those whose GPA is 1.80 or above may register for a maximum of 45 ECTS.

For students enrolled in the 2019-2020 academic year or earlier: from the end of the second semester onward, associate and undergraduate students whose cumulative GPA is below 1.80 at the end of any semester may register for a maximum of 24 credits in the following semester. Those whose GPA is 1.80 or above may register for a maximum of 30 credits.

Students enrolled in 2016 or later may not select courses for the purpose of grade improvement. Students who have successfully completed all their courses but cannot graduate because their cumulative GPA is below 2.00 may retake previously passed courses to improve their grades, within the credit limits specified in the sixth paragraph of the University's Associate and Undergraduate Regulations.

Undergraduate students enrolled in 2016 or later who, from the 5th semester onward, have taken and passed all courses up to their current semester and have a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above may, with their advisor's approval, register for courses from the next year within the credit/ECTS limits.

Undergraduate students enrolled in 2015 or earlier may retake previously passed courses for grade improvement, within the credit limits.

Students studying at the School of Foreign Languages who are evening education students, daytime students enrolled in a second university degree, or students who could not complete the preparatory class within the normal duration must pay their contribution / tuition fees between 14 September 2026, 00:00 and 20 September 2026, 23:59, using their Student Number, at Halkbank branches or via Halkbank Internet Banking / ATMs.

Students whose 3rd-year curriculum includes a University Elective Course (USD) must take TWO such courses over the course of their studies, one in the 5th semester and one in the 6th semester.
