The results of the 2025-2026 Spring Semester Transfer Applications have been announced.

The results of the 2025-2026 Academic Year Spring Semester Lateral Transfer have been announced. For applications made under Supplementary Article-1, ÖSYM scores were directly taken into consideration. We congratulate our successful students. Reserve candidates may apply in case the primary candidates do not register (please follow the announcements).

Registrations will be conducted in person at the Central Student Affairs Office located on the ground floor of our university's Rectorate building.

Documents required for registration:

1. Academic Transcript: (An official document obtained from the applicant's current institution showing all courses taken and grades received; it must include a QR code and electronic signature)
2. Course Descriptions (With QR Code and Electronic Signature) 
3. Student Certificate (With QR Code and Electronic Signature) 
4. ÖSYS Result Document (For candidates applying under Supplementary Article-1)
5. Document certifying that no previous lateral transfer has been made under Supplementary Article-1 (For candidates applying under Supplementary Article-1)
6. Document certifying no disciplinary action has been taken (For candidates applying based on GPA)
7. Document certifying placement in the top 10% for students transferring from evening education to daytime education (For candidates applying based on GPA)

Documents submitted during registration must be signed/certified or obtained through e-Government (e-Devlet).  Students who complete their registration must visit the Faculty Student Affairs Office to submit an exemption petition.

Regarding course exemptions for successful candidates:

Successful candidates may request exemption for courses they have completed at their previous university. A petition must be submitted for this purpose.

Since the applicable curriculum will be determined by the adaptation committee, students applying for the 1st and 2nd year must fill out the petition according to the 2025-2026 curriculum. Students applying for the 3rd and 4th year must fill out 2 separate petitions, one according to the 2023-2024 curriculum and one according to the 2025-2026 curriculum.

Students who have been accepted through lateral transfer and wish to request course exemptions must fill out this form and send the digital/Word format to muhendislik@bandirma.edu.tr when they come to our Faculty for registration. When filling out the form, only one course should be written next to each course entry, and the same course must not be used twice.

Students who wish to request exemptions can access the course plans and course descriptions of their transferred department through the links below. Since the exemption request can only be made once, it is essential to fill it out carefully.
