VISIT FROM OUR FACULTY TO THE 25TH REGIONAL DIRECTORATE OF STATE HYDRAULIC WORKS

Vice Rector and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Prof. Dr. Feyzullah TEMURTAŞ, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Assoc. Dr. Harun ÖZBAY, Gönen Geothermal Institute Director Assoc. Dr. İsmail KOÇAK and Gönen Geothermal Institute Deputy Director Assoc. Dr. Bülent BÜYÜK, together with State Hydraulic Works 25th Regional Directorate Gönen Biga Manyas Construction Projects Control Branch Manager Orhan TÜRKOĞLU, made a technical inspection visit to the Manyas Plain Right Bank Irrigation and regulator, Manyas Dam and Hydroelectric Power Plant. In addition, together with Turgay Caha, Geotechnical Services Branch Manager of the 25th Regional Directorate of State Hydraulic Works, technical information was obtained about the 2814-meter-long Manyas Plain Left Bank Irrigation transmission tunnel and an inspection was made.
