Announcement Regarding Associate and Undergraduate Course Registrations for the 2024-2025 Academic Year Spring Semester at Our University.

Our students must complete their course registrations through the Student Information System (OBS) between **February 3, 2025, at 10:00** and **February 9, 2025, at 23:59**.

Students who have forgotten their Student Information System password or are newly enrolled can reset their password using the **"Reset Password" button** or log in using their **E-Government password** to complete their course registrations.

**Evening education students**, **students studying at a second university**, **students who have not graduated within the normal duration of study**, and **foreign national students** can pay their tuition and contribution fees between **February 3, 2025, at 10:00** and **February 9, 2025, at 23:59** at **Halk Bank branches** or through **Halk Bank Internet Branch/ATMs** using their student numbers.

All students are required to complete their course registrations **themselves** for the **2024-2025 Academic Year Spring Semester**.

When selecting courses for the **2024-2025 Academic Year Spring Semester**, students must refer to their department's course schedules to make their selections.

After selecting their courses, students must click the **"CHECK" button** followed by the **"CONFIRM" button** to finalize their course registrations.

**Course registrations without advisor approval are invalid.**

**Course registration is the student's responsibility.**

- **For students enrolled in the 2020-2021 academic year and later:**  
  - Students with a GPA below **1.80** at the end of each semester can register for a maximum of **30 ECTS credits** in the following semester.  
  - Students with a GPA of **1.80 or above** can register for a maximum of **45 ECTS credits**.

- **For students enrolled in the 2019-2020 academic year and earlier:**  
  - Students with a GPA below **1.80** at the end of each semester can register for a maximum of **24 credits** in the following semester.  
  - Students with a GPA of **1.80 or above** can register for a maximum of **30 credits**.

- **Students enrolled in 2016 and later:**  
  - Cannot retake courses to improve grades.  
  - Students who have passed all their courses but cannot graduate due to a GPA below **2.00** can retake courses they have already passed, within the credit limits specified in the University's Associate and Undergraduate Regulations, to improve their grades.  
  - **Undergraduate students** with a GPA of **3.00 or above** who have passed all courses up to their current semester can, with their advisor's approval, register for courses from the next semester within the credit/ECTS limits.

- **Students enrolled in 2015 and earlier:**  
  - Can retake courses they have already passed within the credit limits to improve their grades.

**Evening education students** and **students studying at a second university** enrolled in the **School of Foreign Languages** can pay their tuition and contribution fees between **February 3, 2025, at 10:00** and **February 9, 2025, at 23:59** at **Halk Bank branches** or through **Halk Bank Internet Branch/ATMs** using their student numbers.

- **Third-year students** with **University Elective Courses (USD)** in their course plans must take **TWO COURSES** (one in the 5th semester and one in the 6th semester) during their education period.

- When selecting University Elective Courses (USD) in the Student Information System (OBS), **9 courses** are listed for system performance. Students can click the **"List All Courses" button** at the bottom right of the OBS course selection screen to view all available courses.
