Regarding the Submission of Internship Logbooks

Students completing their summer internships may submit their internship logs to the Research Assistants between October 22 and 31. The Research Assistant office is located on the 2nd floor of the Faculty of Sports Sciences.

Required submissions:

1. Internship Logbook
2. Internship Record Form in a sealed envelope, with a stamp or signature on the envelope flap
3. Workplace Evaluation Questionnaire

Note: Students who did not submit wet-signed documents to the Student Affairs Office when applying for the internship must submit these documents. If wet-signed documents are not submitted, the internship will be considered invalid.
