Students who have completed their summer internship must submit the following documents to Res. Asst. Tuğba TEKKOL between Thursday, October 10 and Friday, October 18.

• Internship Notebook (spiral or hardcover)
• Internship Record Form (in a closed envelope, with the envelope flap sealed)
• Workplace Evaluation Form
