Submission of Internship Documents
Students who have completed their summer internship must submit the following documents to Res. Asst. Tuğba TEKKOL between Thursday, October 10 and Friday, October 18.
- Internship Notebook (spiral or hardcover)
- Internship Record Form (in a closed envelope, with the envelope flap sealed)
- Workplace Evaluation Form
