UAV DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT TO THE BANÜ TEAM FROM TUBITAK

Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Electrical and Electronics Engineering students, within the scope of the 5th TUBITAK International Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Competition, supervised by Res. See. The Albatros17 unmanned aerial vehicle team, made by Muhammet Oğuz KORKMAZ, passed the conceptual design report stage and was entitled to receive 8 thousand TL "UAV Development Support" from TÜBİTAK.

The unmanned aerial vehicle, which will be developed with the support of TÜBİTAK, will compete in the rotary wing category at TEKNOFEST Aviation, Space and Technology Festival between 15-20 September 2020.

In each category, winners will be awarded 30 thousand TL, second place 20 thousand TL and third place 15 thousand TL. In addition, TUSAŞ Special Award 12 thousand TL and internship award will be given in each category.
