EU-Turkey Relations from the Perspective of Science and Technology Diplomacy

The program, organised by APAM on 23 May 2025 at 20:00 and attended by Dr. Alper Yurttaş, a lecturer at Istanbul Technical University, covered the subject of science and technology cooperation in Turkey-EU relations. After touching on the history of Turkey-European Union relations, Dr. Alper Yurttaş drew attention to technology cooperation as a means to revive the current situation in the full membership negotiations between Turkey and the European Union, and provided information on how science can offer mutual benefits to the parties. The meeting was concluded with the participants answering questions.
