Engineering Law Seminar

 

The Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences at Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University will be organizing a seminar titled "Engineering Law for Engineering and Natural Sciences Faculties."

The event will take place on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 2:30 PM in the Nazım Hikmet Conference Hall of the Central Lecture Hall Building. The speaker will be Dr. Büşra KAZMAZ TEPE, Head of the Law Department at Bandırma Vocational School. The program will be moderated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Harun ÖZBAY, a faculty member of the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences.

The seminar will provide students with comprehensive information on the legal aspects of the engineering profession, the professional responsibilities of engineers, contract processes, intellectual and industrial property rights, and professional ethics. Offering important content to raise awareness among engineering students regarding legal processes they may encounter in their professional lives, the event aims to contribute to their academic careers and future professional lives.
