This comprehensive summit, bringing together students and leaders from the business world, was organized to create a dynamic platform where students could hear company visions firsthand, explore internship opportunities, and interact directly with industry professionals.
Leading Companies in the Sector Met with Students
Leading companies from the technology, energy, and transportation sectors, including Türk Telekom, Epam Systems, Enerjisa Üretim, and İDO, participated as panelists. The panels addressed company cultures, current internship/employment opportunities, and important tips for career planning. The following individuals participated as speakers at the summit:
Türk Telekom: Regional Operations Manager Ahmet Zorlu and Operations Manager Murat Kahyaoğlu
Epam Systems: Talent Development Lead Nil Eryıldırım and Campus Recruiter Fulya Gölbaşı
Enerjisa Production: Human & Culture Business Partnership Mentor Seda Karademir Alkan

Networking Area and Concrete Career Opportunities
The event began with a 25-minute interactive presentation and Q&A session by the Türk Telekom panel, followed by a presentation from Epam Systems. During the networking break following the panels, participants had the opportunity to meet individually with Epam, Türk Telekom, and İDO officials who had set up stands in the foyer area. One of the most notable moments at the summit, where all students received special name badges, occurred during the İDO panel. Following live interviews conducted on stage by İDO officials, one student was immediately offered employment, while three students received free round-trip tickets.
Various prizes were awarded to participants through a raffle held after the Enerjisa Production and İDO panels. Thank-you plaques were presented to the speakers who shared their knowledge and experience at the end of each session.
Campus-Centered Alliance
The StajTALKS 2 project represents a strong step in building bridges with different academic circles, transforming corporate collaborations into a campus-centered alliance. This summit, where sectoral expectations and future visions were shared, succeeded in creating tangible and high-quality value in the career journeys of our university students. We thank all the participating companies and students.
