Our department's faculty member, Dr. Rabia Tintin, met with high school students in Çanakkale at the Career Days Event.

Dr. Rabia Tintin, Assistant Professor at the Department of Software Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University, participated as a speaker at the Career Days event held in Çanakkale.

Organized jointly by Özel Başarı Fen Anadolu Lisesi and Özel Akademi Koleji, the event featured Dr. Tintin explaining the scope, fields of work, and career opportunities of the software engineering profession to high school students. In her presentation, she touched upon current research areas such as artificial intelligence, natural language processing, deep learning, and data mining, and answered students' questions regarding their choice of major.

During the event, Dr. Tintin also shared information about the academic structure of the Software Engineering Department at Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University, the educational opportunities it offers, and the employment areas of its graduates. The panel, which included professionals from various fields, saw significant interest from high school students regarding the software engineering profession.
